Book signings
On the How it began page I mention that Brew Like a Monk is in print. As I type this, that doesn’t mean I’ve seen it or that it is for sale. Books are on a truck headed for Boulder, Colorado, and will be available at the end of the month.
Jeff Sparrow, who wrote Wild Brews, and I will be signing books during three sessions of the Great American Beef Festival. We’ll be at the Brewers Assocation booth at these times:
Thursday, Sept. 29: 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 30: 7-8 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 1: 3-4 p.m.
We’ll also be speaking on Thursday, Sept., 29, at The Keg Ran Out Club’s 11th Annual World Brewer’s Forum at the Marriott City Center Hotel on 18th & California Streets in Denver. The theme this year is “Belgian Beer Bonanza.” KROC members have brewed up a bunch of beers to sample and commercial breweries will also provide beer, so stop by and say hello.
The fun starts at 8 p.m, and admission is free. It’s a fund-raiser - please be generous and buy a few raffle tickets.
