Brother Thelonious joins Monterey lineup
One more Brother Thelonious post: The beer is headed to the Monterey Jazz Festival (as I wish we were).
The organizers have selected North Coast Brewing as the official brewery for the 2006 Festival (Sept. 15-17).
As well as Brother Thelonious, North Coast will be serving its other beers - such as Scrimshaw Pilsner and Red Seal Ale.
“We’re honored that this year’s festival will feature our beers exclusively,” said Doug Moody of North Coast. “The brewery has had a history of supporting jazz since we started making beer back in 1988, and to be associated with the Monterey Festival is a real thrill.”
The longest-running annual jazz festival in the world, Monterey features world-class jazz performers, as well as workshops, exhibitions, and panel discussions. The lineup.
