A Belgian sugar primer
Thursday, October 29th, 2009In the past couple of weeks I’ve read several references that would indicate Belgian brewers the use “candi sugar,” the most recent being in The Naked Pint: An Unadulterated Guide to Craft Beer. No they don’t, not if you are talking about those rocklike hunks sold as “candy” or “candi” sugar in the United States.
